De Vreugd Marine Logistics (DVML) operates under the FENEX conditions, as deposited by the Dutch Organization for Forwarders (FENEX).

The FENEX conditions above apply to our logistics and forwarding services. Purchases and sales arranged through our trading name De Vreugd Marine Trading (DVMT), such as spare parts, sea containers, surplus equipment, or intermediation in VAT-free export sales, are sale transactions and are governed by separate sales terms, to be published here.
Until those terms are published, please contact us before confirming a DVMT trade so we can agree the applicable conditions in writing.
